Every VPS shares a network with other customers. These rules protect your server’s reputation as much as ours.
Read the VPS guide- We verify your identity before your first VPS goes live. It keeps abusers off the network your server shares.
- Outgoing mail ports 25 and 465 are blocked. Send email through a delivery service on port 587.
- Crypto mining, spam, attacks, and scanning are not allowed and lead to immediate suspension.
- You manage the server. Keep it updated and keep your own backups; a backup add-on is coming.
What’s the difference between a VPS and app hosting?
App hosting runs your code for you: push to Git and we build, deploy, and keep it running. A VPS is a whole Linux server you manage yourself, with root access. Choose app hosting if you want to ship code, and a VPS if you want control.
Do I have to pay several months upfront?
No. Every plan is billed monthly in birr. Your first payment is one month, and you can cancel before the next one.
How does the free trial work?
The trial is a 1 GB VPS for 7 days. It needs a verified account, and one trial per person. When it ends, move to any paid plan or it’s deleted.
Where do the servers run?
In European data centers operated by established infrastructure providers. We’ll list the location for each plan before launch. Servers are not located in Ethiopia.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
Which operating systems can I use?
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, and Rocky Linux images are available. Windows isn’t offered.
